The TBR Pile | April

Since I've been out of the country for the past week, this is a bit later than usual. Last month, I resolved to read six books, and while I only read three of the books from my TBR list, I happened to read six books total. I still had two books from the previous month, and one book to read for school, so I didn't have a chance to read any others from my list. I also didn't read too much while I was on vacation, and that was okay.

Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
The Eternity Cure by Julie Kagawa
Beautiful Bastard by Christina Lauren
Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire
Surface by TIffany Daune
Ghost Hand by Ripley Patton
Carpe Diem by Autumn Cornwell (audio)
Some books rolled over from the previous month, so hopefully I will be able to get to all of them this month. I hope everyone is having a fantastic April! Happy reading :)

  1. Beautiful Creatures! Ooh, I hope you like that one, Cindy. :) I really enjoyed The Eternity Cure, too - it was such a great sequel to the Blood of Eden series. J. Kagawa is a seriously good writer. Also looking forward to your thoughts on Walking Disaster! It was available as a "Read Now" on NG last month, but since I didn't find the first book, Beautiful Disaster, to my liking, I didn't bother with it. :P

Best of luck with your TBR pile this month!

  2. Very interesting list this month. I keep meaning to read Carpe Diem and I just haven't gotten to it yet. Can't wait to see your thoughts on these. :)

  3. I know the feeling! Hopefully you'll be able to catch up. I think April is going to be extra slow for me (already is, in fact). Welcome back! :)

  4. So many "beautiful" books;D I really liked Beautiful Creatures when I read it a few years ago. I also went to see the movie a few days ago but it just wasn't for me... How was your vacation?:)
